I haveattempted to work with the company on several occasions. I was not providedwith the services agreed. I have requested a full refund via Paypal and stillhave not received the funds. I have requested a refund over the phone and washung up on. All attempts made to communicate with the manager/owner havebeen unsuccessful. He refuses to come to the phone or call me back. On(1/15/22) I called and was hung up on several times. I have reached out viaphone, email, text and on their website. I am seeking a full refund. I have tohire someone new to redo the job (not) done. My basement is covered in soot. Weare very concerned at this point regarding the safety. There isvideo of the technician standing around doing nothing during his time hereat my home. I have photos of soot all over my basement and accumulating on adaily basis. There is more concern now than there was prior to this"service". The chimney/chimney cap were not inspected asdiscussed. After the fact, I was advised they don't go on the roof. That contradictedwhat was initially discussed. No inspection report or invoice has been providedwith the services completed as requested repeatedly. I think this is ascam. They kept reiterating the house was unsafe. They tookadvantage of our fears and concerns by bullying us into making a rusheddecision. Services were not done. I dispute and want/need the monies to bereimbursed so we can hire an actual chimney cleaner/sweeper to do the jobcorrectly.
