The chain plans to open a 3,268-square-foot restaurant southwest of InterQuest Parkway and Federal Drive, in the InterQuest Town Center development in northern Colorado Springs. The establishment will feature indoor and outdoor dining spaces and could open as soon as January 2023. (Colorado Springs Gazette) Tomorrow (Jan. 22), Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, Thrivent, and several Colorado Springs-area churches will be dedicating one of its recently renovated homes in the area to a local woman who has realized her dream of homeownership. Through the Habitat and Thrivent partnership, 15 homes have been built or rehabbed in El Paso County in efforts to help aspiring first-time homeowners achieve their goal. "We are so grateful for Thrivent's support of our efforts to build homes in partnership with families in need of permanent affordable housing," said Kris Lewis, executive director and CEO of Pikes Peak Habitat.
