PRINCETON, NJ — Popular cookie chain, Crumbl Cookies, is set to open a new store in Mercer County. The store will open at Nassau Park Pavilion, Princeton-West Windsor. According to the owners, the store is set to open sometime in the spring. Currently, the space is being renovated. Crumble Cookies is known for rotating its eclectic menu every week. Started by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl Cookies opened its first store in Utah in 2017. Their most popular offering is the award-winning milk chocolate chip cookie.
