Sweet Lilly acts more like a dog, according to her foster family, and she's a ton of fun with a big personality. She'll come when she's called, plays fetch, begs for food and attention, shows her belly for a scratch, growls at noises outside and loves to talk. While she needs a bit of time to decompress when faced with a new situation, she'll warm up quickly and is ready to snuggle. Lilly found herself in the care of The SPCA/Humane Society of Prince George's County, Inc. when a good Samaritan found her and her babies and took them to a shelter. She prefers a quieter home that doesn't have a lot of constant activity, so a family with older kids or no kids would be ideal. Her ideal home would be a quiet one, a home that isn't too busy with a lot of constant activity. A family with grown or older kids would be best as she does require a lot of love and playtime balanced with downtime.
