Looking for a maintenance man to work 30 hours per week in a 55+ mobile home park. 9am - 2pm. Needs to be dependable and trustworthy. Friendly person. Needs to have knowledge on mobile homes. Skilled with power tools, some carpentry, plumbing, power washing and knowledgeable regarding certain plants. Communicate properly issues and access what needs to be taken to fix problems. Take direction on tasks. Must be able to multi task different jobs and be flexible on tasks. Doing many upgrades to the park that need assistance.
