Light construction. We only install seismic gadgets in new houses to meet building code. This would include joist hangers, hurricane clips and metal strapping. But not limited to those. You will be required to have basic handtools which are a hammer, tape measure and metal cutting pliers. Experience in this or home construction preferred. Due to fact we work in and around Memphis area transportation is needed. This is a 1099 position and you will be paid in cash and no time and half for overtime.Should be able to use a nailgun and ladder some other climbing is needed. This is a easy job and no heavy lifting. Starting pay really depends on your experience. $13 an hour to start with experience and a desire to work and learn this can adance rapidly.
