Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/20/2022 4:30 AM 01/19/22 2022-0194, Suspended Registration: On 01/19/22 at 6:41 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Chicago Rd. near Madison St. in Oswego Township for an improper right turn. The driver of the vehicle, Ali Hussein-Mahdi Almuradi, a 39-year-old male from the 2000 block of Stoughton Circle in Aurora, was cited for improper right turn and operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Almuradi was issued a recognizance bond and released. 2022-0194, Suspended Registration: 2022-0195, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol: On 01/19/22 at 10:24 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on US Route 30 near Wolf Road in Oswego Township for disobeying a traffic control signal. The driver of the vehicle, Andrew Beranich, a 54-year-old male from the 8000 block of 80th Street in Justice, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Beranich was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
