Press release from the Town of Bedford: January 20, 2022 The NH Department of Health and Human Services has announced that they will conduct a public information meeting virtually on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 6:30 PM, advanced registration is required at: www.bit.ly/3tih5dT  This meeting is being conducted as a result of testing of those who have consumed water from the Merrimack Village Water District (MVD) having higher than average results for some cancers.  In Bedford those in the areas in and around Greenfield Farms, Cabot Preserve, and Brick Mill Road are served by Pennichuck Water Works with the water coming from MVD.  Anyone in these areas or who has a well impacted by PFAS should attend this meeting.
