NORTHFIELD, MN — Northfield Middle School will get a new roof this summer, according to a report by KYMN Radio.
Northfield School Board recently approved a bid from Schwickerts Tecta America to rebuild the roof for $3.2 million, the report said. This money will come out of Minnesota's Longterm Facilities Maintenance Program and not the district's pocket, according to the report.
Preparation for this project will be done after school hours this spring, the report said.
