DUBLIN, CA — The Dublin Unified School District Board of Trustees will consider revised trustee area boundaries at meetings next week.
The district's demographer reviewed the 2020 census results and determined trustee area districts needed to be readjusted to remain balanced, according to district spokesperson Chip Dehnert. This review process is completed after every census.
The demographer will discuss the school district's demographics and various proposed boundary maps at the board's Jan. 25 meeting. A virtual community meeting is slated for Jan. 27 on Zoom.
Both meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m.
Changes must be implemented by Feb. 28. The demographer is expected to share their suggestions at a February board meeting, Dehnert said.
