Same grapes but different region!
Only the name is the same at our upcoming wine dinner. We'll be showing how the same grapes, when grown in different regions, create a totally unique profile.
Executive Chef Joe Heppe and Sommelier Brian Felleti have worked together once again to pair flavorful plates along with wines from multiple regions.

paired with Olive Oil Poached Sable Fish//grilled scallions, black olive paint, maitake mushrooms, fingerling potatoes
3rd course: 20 Rows Cabernet , Napa Valley, 2018 & Lazuli, Cabernet, Aquitania, Maipo, Chile 2016
paired with Hooks Blue Paradise Aged Angus Tenderloin//classic pomme puree, demi glace, creamed escarole
4th course: Prager Port, Napa Valley, 2011 & Smith Woodhouse 20 yr Tawny
paired with Raspberry crunch bar//flourless chocolate cake, mocha mousse, raspberry gelée, dark chocolate textures
