I may have accidentally donated a U.S. Navy shirt to the Animal Lifeline in December. It was supposed to go to the dry cleaners, so I can't know what condition it might be in. It is a white short-sleeved dress shirt, 2 front pockets on chest, black Navy chevrons on sleeve. $50 for its safe return. Sorry, I don't have a pic. Please let me know if you think you have this shirt.
