Description
I have a pair of very nice redfoots that are approximately 9 years old. I've had them for 7 years, and they've grown like weeds!
I'm in my 60s now, and these guys can live 50+ years. It's time to find them a home with a younger family!
They're feeding on various greens (kale, collard, spinach, mustard greens, and dandelion), Mazuri tortoise diet, sweet potato, canned pumpkin, cucumbers, bananas, strawberries, pears and apples.
I keep them outside when night temps are above 70 degrees, and in the winter, I have a large climate-controlled pen for them in my basement. They have UV lighting for about 10 hours per day, and have done well on that schedule for years.
Serious inquiries only, please! I'm not in any big hurry to rehome them, and want them to go to someone who will consistently provide the level of care that they need.
I don't have a cage for them, as they're either outside in their pen, or in the modified room in my basement.
$250 rehoming fee for the pair, and I'll include their summer enclosure.
Please email with any questions.
Thank you
