Established private training facility looking for warehouse/commercial space to lease. Long term or temporary. We are by appointment only, do not bring a ton of foot traffic or parking issues that are generally a problem with commercial gyms.
Ideally 1,200 - 3,000 square feet. Open to sublease or potentially renting separated space from an existing business. Would need to occupy within the next 3 months.
