Testing a new Business Idea - Market analysis

I'm doing a little Market analysis on a business idea that I have. I am offering house/apartment cleaning services. Nothing new you say, lots of people are doing that......but here's the difference. First, I'm a male, not too many males do cleaning services. Second, I'm limiting my cleaning offering to males ONLY. I'm sure there is a market for this so take a few minutes to reply to me and give me your thoughts on this idea. Good or bad. AND if you think this is something you could use, I can come over to your house/apartment and discuss this idea with you in person. I'm limiting my travel to areas in Gwinnett at the moment.
