Continental Office is seeking Installers to join our Commercial Flooring team in Columbus, OH! Continental Office offers competitive pay, with a minimum hourly wage of $19/hour and up, based on experience. We also offer a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus paid after 30 days of employment. As an Installer, you will work with a team to install a variety of flooring including sheet vinyl, carpet and VCT depending on the project. Installers must have the flexibility to work varying hours including over-time along with nights and weekends based on individual customer needs. Responsibilities: -Performing installation of commercial flooring and flooring products -Operating equipment and basic tools as recommended by manufacturers -Communicating effectively with customers during all phases of project -Reading & interpreting blueprints and drawings -Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Skills/Qualifications: -Experience in construction and/or commercial flooring is preferred -Ability to work flexible hours including over-time, nights & weekends as needed -Written and verbal communication skills -Pass a background check, drug test & BMV check Who we are: For more than 80 years, Continental Office has partnered with businesses throughout the Midwest and across the nation to create workplace communities that reflect their values and culture.
