Machine Operators - Must have experience in a warehouse 2nd shift Extrusion Operators - Must have experience as an Extrusion operator - 2nd shift a 3rd shift available Job Description: Extrusion Operator • Your Tasks: • Operate a co-extrusion process of custom plastic profiles • Service, repair, and operate extrusion equipment • Assist in initial line setup and change overs following posted schedule • Help in data reporting for quality control and production • Monitor and optimize the manufacturing process in accordance with quality standards • Blend materials and load hoppers to meet product specifications and order needs • Perform a variety of mechanical and physical testing required per product specification and quality assurance using calipers and other measurement processes • Carry out inspections and maintenance of production lines and assist with repairs • Maintain order and cleanliness in all work areas through 5S and LEAN manufacturing methods (training will be provided) • Communicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency and safety metrics • Operate tow-motor after certification to load and unload raw materials • Drive company truck to the warehouse next door to manage inventory of raw materials • Your required Qualifications: • Knowledge of precision measurement devices or computerized control systems • Mechanical aptitude • Mathematical aptitude • Basic experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel • Desire to work in a manufacturing environment focused on Continuous Improvement • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail oriented individual • Entrepreneurial nature: Self-directed, goal-oriented, customer focused • Reliable and punctual individual • Dedicated team player with a willingness to learn new processes • Ability to create solutions to address production and efficiency related issues • Your Opportunities: • Entrepreneurial spirit We want the team members to actively challenge the status quo, identifying and pursuing solutions and new initiatives. Job Description – Machine Operation, Packaging and Shipping Operator We are looking for an experienced Finishing Operator with mechanical background of working with various machines and has experience in Shipping and Receiving in a fast-paced manufacturing company. Your Tasks: • Operate a finishing equipment for the process and preparation of shipment of custom plastic profiles • Service, repair, and operate finishing equipment • Initial line setup and change overs following posted schedule • Package finished goods to meet product specifications • Responsible for detailed completion of all on line, QC and production data reporting • Perform a variety of mechanical and physical testing required per product specification and quality assurance using calipers and other measurement processes • Maintain and repair equipment, tools and work area as scheduled or as needed • Maintain order and cleanliness in all work areas through 5S and LEAN manufacturing methods • Communicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency and safety metrics Your required Qualifications: • 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary • Experience with quality control; ISO experience preferred • Mechanical background.
