Large, Steep Metal Roof - Screw Replacement & Painting Rust Spots

Texting is preferred $480 job (6hrs/day = $40/hour, lunch included) Roofer needed for approximately two days work (estimate) Steep metal roof. Two story, larger house. MUST HAVE: 1) Harness 2) Long, Safety Rope 1) Replace self-tappers with larger size (primarily the sunny side of roof only - 1/2 the house) 2) Ensure flashing is screwed down and secure in all areas, or else add self-tappers 3) Paint rusted spots NOTE: $480 is for the entire job. Half up front, half on completion of the entire job. Contractor must look at the job and accept terms of "payment upon completion of the job" before starting.
