Encore Cabinets & Millwork has been proudly creating high quality custom cabinets, millwork and doors to Washington home builders, general contractors and homeowners for over 15 years. We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our growing team as a sprayer / finisher for cabinets, doors and millwork. We are looking for hard-working, driven candidates who have the desire to learn the skills needed to succeed in our industry. Required Experience: - Minimum 2 years experience painting cabinets, doors and/or millwork - Experience with mixing and spraying solvent-based stains - Experience using, setting up, cleaning, and inspecting spray equipment Additional Job Requirements: - Diligent focus on accuracy and quality - Desire to work in a collaborative, high productivity team environment - Assist other departments as needed - Reliable and punctual attendance - Positive customer-focused attitude - Maintain logs Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. Base hourly compensation will be dependent on the candidate's experience as well as demonstrated skills during an initial evaluation. There is significant opportunity for overtime as we often work 5 days x 10 hour shifts during our busy season. Our typical shift is 6:00 am to 4:30 pm weekdays. Encore provides a competitive compensation package. We pay over 85% of employee medical, dental and vision premiums as well as paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and retirement match.
