Do you know how to work with FIBERGLASS? We're seeking someone to help us repair some unique architecture on UC Davis' campus: "The Baggins End Domes." These are 2-story fiberglass dome homes that were built by hand by students with relatively little training in 1971. Now, they're used as cooperative housing for low-income students, and we're undergoing a massive renovations project to ensure they remain habitable for years to come. 24 students currently live at the property. As part of our renovations, we need someone to do some simple fiberglass "flashing" on new skylights installed on 3 of the domes. We can provide tools and materials. Our schedule is flexible, but we need someone to start soon. We'll consider ANY level of experience. Just call or email us for more info if you know about fiberglass.
