BASS PLAYER wanted, Classic Rock Band (dublin / pleasanton / livermore) ****Please read the ad completely before applying. Classic rock band (some country) looking to add a bass player. We only play live gigs about 4 times per year (East Bay and South Bay so far) and mostly practice twice a month, usually in Pleasanton or Vallejo. ***We play for very very low pay or tips only*** We’re in our mid-50s-early 60s - we have a vocalist, drummer, electric lead guitarist and acoustic rhythm guitarist. ** Level is intermediate, we are definitely NOT advanced or pro level but not beginners either. We do not have a SoundCloud page or website.** ** We already have a vocalist but background vocals are welcome ** We like to get the songs right but not looking for perfection and like to keep it fun! Play the bass on our songs 2. Have Fun What we’re NOT asking for 1. For you to sing the songs 2. For you to suggest new songs 3. For you to “fix” the band through constantly pointing out what you think are technical errors 4. For you to be negative or critical of the other bandmates.
