Exterior and interior Construction Cleaners Needed

Looking for 2 new employees to work at a small business New Construction Cleaning company. First Position/Exterior cleaner -Need someone who can lift up to 50 lbs without problems. A drivers license is preferred but willing to consider someone without a license if motivated, hardworking and reliable. Basically the job description is you drive with a partner from jobsite to jobsite and pick up lumber and garbage debris, sweep out homes and organize piles to separate recycling and garbage. Then take everything to the dump. 25 to 35 hours per week to start. $18 an hour to start if you have a license with a $2 raise within 90 days if consistent and reliable. Second position/interior housecleaning- Need someone detail oriented to help clean interior of new construction homes to make them move in ready. About 15 to 20 hours per week to start but will increase as summer gets closer. Cleaning experience preferred but willing to train if consistent, hardworking and reliable.
