Mosaic Gardens is seeking a motivated, part-time employee to help care for our clients' gardens. This is a great job for a detail-oriented person who enjoys working outdoors and wants a flexible schedule. Job tasks include pruning, weeding, deadheading, hardscape cleanup, as well as some mulching and planting. We primarily care for planting beds, we do not mow or maintain lawns. This position is part time. Workdays are somewhat flexible, within Monday through Friday. The amount of work varies by season, with winter offering the lightest schedule and spring and summer being busiest. By spring we will need help at least one full day per week as well as two or three partial days (4 hours minimum). More availability and flexibility preferred! Mosaic is an established, licensed landscape contractor with a small, hardworking, respectful crew. We design, build and care for beautiful residential gardens. We will train job-specific tasks. - Good fitness, ability to do light physical work outdoors for a full day - Valid driver license and reliable vehicle (we have a work van, but you will need to drive to starting job site or meeting point). - Proof of COVID vaccination or willingness to begin vaccination cycle immediately.
