Requirements · High School Diploma or the equivalent · Pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) · Experience in landscape construction projects (including soil preparation and placement, grading/excavation, trenching, planting, irrigation system installation, ponds and water features, paths and patios, retaining walls, and low voltage lighting) · Bend for up to 30% of the time, lift and/or stand for up 70% of the time, sitting and kneeling as required · Capable of lifting 60 or more pounds and performing vigorous physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Current driver’s license and clean driving record with 6 points or less · Punctuality is a must - 7 AM start time How you will serve us · Be willing and able to learn quickly while accepting constructive criticism · Maintain a professional personal appearance and positive outlook · Be safety minded for self and fellow team members while adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations This job description provides a representation and types of duties and responsibilities that will be required and shall not be construed as a declaration of the complete total of the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position.
