Job Description As an employee, you will be responsible for the packing and moving of personal contents that have been damaged by fire/smoke/water/mold/wind. Must be able to communicate clearly on a flexible and ever-bettering team of multi-faceted workers in the process of rebuilding the lives of victims of fire or water damage. The applicant must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, honest, and reliable, as well as positive and sympathetic. We are offering full-time employment. Prior to securing a position, the potential candidate must schedule an interview. The most compatible interviewee will be given a 30 day trial period after which job performance and further employment will be discussed. Key Responsibilities Pristine handling of clients' personal property Complete inventories and other filing/tracking reports with organized effectiveness Ensure efficiency in all restoration projects assigned. Anticipate problems in advance and problem solve in a timely manner to keep projects flowing smoothly. Demonstrate the ability to interpret needs of the job decisiveness Duties Box, wrap, move and store clients' materials Clean clients' personal items using company cleaning chemicals and supplies Organize and consolidate warehouse as items are continuously rotated Portray a positive attitude and demonstrate professional customer service skills Contribute to a project team culture of outstanding performance and partnering Work according to standard instruction and establish procedures Move items with caution attentive and thorough intentions Demonstrate business operations and project leadership consistent with company values Promote a respectful environment for all team members Display a positive attitude Analyze and resolve work problems All other assigned work duties Experience, Training & Skills Experience is preferred but not required 2+ yrs of experience in the moving industry, or similar Knowledge of packing procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 an hour
