We are looking for an ambitious person part-time to perform maintenance duties at our 61 unit senior apartment community in downtown Portage.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, appliance and electrical repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents.
- Perform preventative maintenance to prevent breakdown of operating equipment.
- Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Clear drains, fix window coverings, unclog toilets, repair bi-fold doors, changing locks, trouble-shooting intercom/phone line problems
-Assist in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Must provide your own small tools
