Ballard based General Contractor looking for our next Foreman to train up! The majority of our work is in Ballard and the North End. We focus on all phases of single-family remodeling, primarily kitchen and bathrooms along with additions and full home renovations. We're looking for a JR Foreman with at least one years’ experience on residential construction jobsites. The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a fast pace jobsite and who is driven to learn, and grow into our next onsite Foreman. If you enjoy building, working with others and have a positive attitude, you are a great fit! This position is full time, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. NO WEEKENDS. $25+/ hr DOE. Employment Requirements: • MUST HAVE CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE!! • You must have your OWN reliable transportation AND a VALID WASHINGTON State Driver’s License. • Have your own standard carpentry tools; Claw hammer, tape measure, utility knife, screw drivers, carpenter square, and nail gun! • Speak English proficiently (Spanish is added plus!) • Clean cut appearance and NON smoker preferred! • Willingness to learn and take direction, and possess problem solving skills • Ability to pass a drug test • Drive to learn and move up in the company and become our next Foreman! Job Responsibilities: • Show up on time and ready to work • Drive and determination to move up and become our next Foreman. • Assist Lead Carpenter in building decks, interior walls, hanging doors, installing millwork, framing walls, etc. • Working on ladders and roofs • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently on your own • Use of various hand and power tools If you feel you would be a good candidate for this position please respond with your resume to [email protected].
