Let's identify some of these scums who are stealing things from residents of Denver and Aurora. Here is another one.......his or her close up plus their car. Trying to look like a woman but might be a guy. I'll pay $100 reward to the person who identify this piece of crap for me. I want to turn them in and ID them and put their ID's out there so everyone knows who they are.
