Porter/Groundskeeper position available for a 284-Unit Apartment Community in Bedford, Texas. Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check. Applicants must be safety conscious and knowledgeable of general safety procedures. Responsibilities will include maintenance of the grounds, laundry rooms, property buildings and swimming pool area. Will assist Manager and Maintenance staff with special maintenance projects. Position requires: * 2+ years Apartment Grounds Maintenance experience; * Verifiable work history experience.
