Position: Lawn Technician (Full-Time Position) Location: Jacksonville, FL (near Pritchard Rd & I-295 intersection) Description: Our Spray Technicians ensure the safety and appropriate application of chemical products and fertilizer to enhance the quality of our client’s landscape. Responsibilities include: - Production goals - works diligently with the owners in obtaining monthly production goals. - Identification - of insects, weeds, and diseases as it relates to job function and implement appropriate control solutions. - Communication - able to interact with clients and team as to activities as it relates to the clients landscape investment Ability to: - Plan, organize and manage work as assigned. - Complete daily paperwork as required by each job. - Become proficient in loading and unloading of truck and trailer used in Spray Technician operations. - Adhere to company policies, standards and safety guidelines. Certificates: - Maintain valid driver’s license and insurability based on company insurance requirements. - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: - Be able to drive a vehicle from job to job as assigned. - Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. All employees must pass a pre-hire drug screening test; have a valid Florida driver’s license that can meet our insurance requirements.
