Carpet Cleaner needed badly

I am Scott and I am the caregiver for my 91 year old grandmother and my 71 year old uncle who suffered a heart attack one year ago this past Thanksgiving. He has been unable to provide care for Meme since then, so I moved in with the two of them to become caregiver.. To preserve their dignity, I will just say that the carpet in the house is in need of desperate attention. Their fixed incomes and My limited salary due to covid cannot cover professional cleaning. They would only reoffend the carpet and it would need to be done over and over. I am reaching out and hoping that someone out there has a cleaner that works well that is no longer needed and is taking up space that you need for something else. I cannot offer anything and humbly ask for someone to donate one to me so I may attempt to maintain some level of cleanliness for my messy kin. I will be forever grateful. I have attached a couple of photos of the carpet. The first suggestion is to replace the carpet or put in wood floors. Neither can happen any time soon. These are just three pics of spotty areas. There are areas like these in three other rooms. Thank you so much.
