Rehoming dog

We are rehoming a 3 year old Jack Russell/poodle. With our schedules we do not have enough time for her needs. And it’s not fair to her. I will send pictures upon request. Here is some basic info: -She turned 3 in October. -She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Vaccines will be due in August. Her microchip is through PetLink. According to their website “PetLink will request a transfer fee of $24.99 from the new owner. Once paid, the transfer will be confirmed and completed.” -Her current Seresto collar is good until the end of February -she is the size of a Jack Russel. Around 25 lbs I would guess. She is a mix of colors, mainly black with some white/brown/grey. Her hair is curly when not shaved/groomed. -She is good with kids of all ages. She’s good with cats but she does like to pester them sometimes (but would never hurt them) I am not sure how she would be around other dogs. -She enjoys being outside and going on walks. -She hates car rides and gets carsick. Maybe she would learn to like them if taken on them more frequently? -We currently have a large size crate, food, a leash, some toys, and a large amount of treats/bones that would go with her Centre county, pa
