We are looking for hardworking, dependable and experienced Landscape Crew Leaders and Laborers. Crew Leaders should have a minimum 3 years landscaping experience and also have experience leading a crew of landscape laborers. Crew leaders must also be knowledgeable of plant material, hardscaping and related materials. Understand all aspects of landscaping including digging, mulching, and installing everything from large trees to shrubs. Also included would be installation of hardscaping, landscape lighting, concrete work, fence installation, grading, seeding and sod work, and drainage. Labor duties required will include all aspects of landscaping including digging, mulching, and installing everything from large trees to shrubs. These are full-time positions that carry a great career opportunity for the right person We are based in Horsham, PA - you must have reliable transportation. During the winter months snow removal including plowing, shoveling and salting. Requirements: - Crew Leaders- Must have a valid driver's license and medical card - Crew Leaders- Must be capable of operating a Medium Duty dump truck with trailer - Crew Leaders- At least 3 years experience in the field and the ability to operate machinery - Crew leaders- must have good leadership and communication skills - Laborers- Reliable transportation -Laborers- ability to follow directions, work independently or as a team Pay Rates: depending on experience $15-23 per hour based on experience To apply for this job, send a resume to [email protected] or call 215-283-3228.
