Responsibilities for this position include: Conduct a general review with the Homeowner/client (demonstrating how the windows work, open/lock, adjust blinds, etc.) Ensure there are no issues and provide unparalleled customer service Remove existing windows/doors, prepare the openings, put new products in, caulking, etc Demolition, construction, and other miscellaneous tasks Load truck for next day's work Complete any necessary paperwork Install windows (wood and vinyl), entry doors, and storm doors Caulk windows and doors Trim windows and doors Build bay/bow windows Be able to work with the following tools: Nail gun, Framer, Finish, Screw gun, Table saw, Skill saw, Chop box, Speed square, Torpedo etc. Job Posting Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of professional experience installing windows and doors • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required (for insurance purposes) • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (windows, doors, etc) required • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work alone or in a team environment (crews can be 1-6 people per job) • Attention to detail, dependability, self-control, cooperation, and stress tolerance • Ability to work 8-10 hour days with a 6:45 AM start time
