PUSH Temp is looking for a Full-Time, temp-to-hire Recruiter in Coppell, TX! SHIFT TIMES: Flexible Start Time - 5 PM PAY RATE: $15/hr JOB OVERVIEW: The Recruiter establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives to fulfill Field Operations needs. The Recruiter works directly with Human Resources personnel and the Recruiting Department to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications by phone screening applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements, and assisting with the new hire process. Position Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Benefits-Eligible Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED At least one year of recruiting experience in the retail merchandising industry preferred. Ability to effectively present and communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers and other assorted personnel.
