Lock Key Property Solutions is seeking Subcontractors to complete work order in North Texas. We prefer contractors with prior experience in property preservation. You must also have the following: -able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check -valid drivers license with auto insurance ;general liability & error/omissions insurance(preferred) -must be able to use email -must be able to use Pruvan (mobile app) or willing to learn -must be able to complete work order timely, efficiently & with minimal supervision. -must be able to work at least 5 days a week(preferably 6) -80% of the work orders include lock changes, trash outs, grass cuts,maid services, initial cleaning.
