We have an immediate position available for a Lead Maintenance Technician for our 284-unit Apartment community in Bedford, Texas. Looking for a qualified and dependable individual who will oversee the maintenance staff and be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the apartment community. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with preventive maintenance and HVAC certified. Qualified applicants must have: * 3+ years Apartment Maintenance experience; * HVAC Certified (required); * Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances and Carpentry experience; * Excellent communications skills; * Verifiable work history experience; * Quality tools required.
