Small time remodeler seeks help

I am a small time remodeler specializing in Bathroom and kitchen remodels. Based in Anaheim but work all over OC. I have an attention for detail and I only put out quality work. I don't advertise...I don't do business cards..my work quality speaks for itself.. What I need from you: -Basic knowledge of basic tools.(Like reading a tape measure. Knowing -how to safely operate tools). -must have reliable transportation and basic tools -must speak fluent english and be presentable and we'll mannered with customers. -must be able to take orders and be willing to learn. -must be motivated and have solid work ethic. - willing to put 40+ hrs a week in.. - prefer someone younger and stronger than myself. I'm 39 and have some leg injuries that slow me down. If you have tile experience or electrical experience+++++. I am a tile setter by trade. I have work consistently. With the right person this solo thing I'm doing now can turn into a team. As of now I'm booked for the next 3 months. Pay will be based completely on how much you know....your motivation...and your willingness to learn. I'm not looking for short term. I'm looking for someone I can build up so we both can make some coin. If you like building and creating some amazing remodels than this is your gig.
