As a Fleet & Equipment Mechanic you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of company heavy duty trucks, medium trucks and heavy equipment. Requirements: Responsible for effective and efficient repair of fleet and equipment at high level of quality Ability to troubleshoot failures timely, independently with no assistance needed Maintains good working records for time, parts and supplies used in completing the repairs Ability to read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, essential functions test and background check Must have own tools Valid drivers’ license Not able to work remotely Experience with: Diesel light and Heavy Duty Gas Engines A/C Basic Welding Tire Changing/Balancing Big Truck and Passenger Air Brakes Hydraulic Brakes Scan Tool Computer/Email Knowledge Parts Ordering Repair Order Software Preferred: 3-5 years of experience CDL Hydraulic Experience Yellow Iron Experience
