Hi - I need a local handy man (Jersey City/Union City/Bayonne resident ONLY). The sheetrock above the shower (usual above the tub ceiling 3x5 feet) needs to be replaced. I already have the sheetrock. Also text me your price $$ - it should include - cutting out the old sheet, screwing the new piece, taping and plaster and 2 coats of paint. Daily rate has worked very well in the past for maintenance of this house. So you can text your daily rate. I've other work as well - cement, painting, light electrical, door, etc.
