An evening of nourishment that will include moments of stillness and also moments of fun interaction with the quartz crystal singing bowls. Join us for a beautiful family/kid friendly sound bath experience! We will explore moments of stillness and also moments of fun interaction with the quartz crystal singing bowls. The quartz crystal singing bowls are attuned to 432hz, a sound frequency that encourages healing, relaxation and balance within the body and mind. Sound baths can be powerfully healing and nourishing! although they are not often spaces where children are welcome or included. Sound baths are traditionally a silent space and sometimes kids receive the tones by humming along to match the tones. I am so excited to bring this offering into a family friendly space where everyone can experience the healing vibrational tones in a judgment free space. This event is offered as a donation based offering. Suggested donation of $15-25 per person or $50 per family. Blooming Lotus creates nurturing and heart centered spaces for children and families to explore yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness, art and community. We offer Kids Yoga & Art classes and day camps around the South Sound region as well as family friendly sound healing experiences.
