Store Cleaning and Janitorial Duties

Seeking a cleaning person for a commercial establishment for 2 hours of service/day on Mondays and Fridays. MUST HAVES: -Must be able to provide a W9 (must have own company) or be able to receive 1099s every year as an independent contractor. -One (1) previous commercial employer reference (contact number or recommendation letter with number to contact). -Experience with window store cleaning and with retail store. -Proof of vaccination and booster. MUST BE: Reliable, trustworthy and disciplined. Duties every visit: -Clean sales floor with mop, sweep -Clean carpets with sweeper -Dust shelves and bottles -Clean and bleach counter -Empty bottles in sink -Refill water bottles Duties once a week: -Clean bathroom -Refill paper towels and toilet papers -Empty trash bins, preparing trash bags for outside pickup (including recyclable items like glass bottles in transparent bags, emptying shredder bin) -Clean store window from outside Duties every 2 weeks: -Clean coffee machine internally and externally Duties once a month: -Clean store window from the inside -Take bottles off shelves and clean them -Clean window sills Duties once every 3 months: -High furniture cleaning and dusting AGAIN, MUST PROVE EXPERIENCE.
