(EHC!) at The Firestone for a Community Conversation about the SNAP program and their efforts to address food insecurity across Connecticut. This is your chance to learn more about federal food assistance resources and how to partake in policy and advocacy initiatives this legislative season. EHC! will explain the SNAP program, discuss their call center, benefits of the program, and more! This is a great discussion for anyone who is curious about Federal Nutrition Programs, food security, and advocacy. The Firestone will provide a free selection of tea. Free parking is also available on site and across the street in the public Green Lot. Attendees are required to wear a mask during the event.
