Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and direct staff activities Responsible for P&L activities Manage operational policies, objectives and initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk Provide leadership to develop new customers and maintain existing customer base Manage emergency response for all problems Create estimates and workload for bids and new job sites Travel and manage all aspects in the assigned area/territory Monitor and ensure quality control expectations are met Supervise cleaners & floor techs Maintain payroll records Maintain performance documents & disciplinary actions Perform quality control to conform to Harvard & customer standards Inventory & supply control Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning technique
