Found Cell Phone - SW67th Ave and Bird Rd

Found someone's cell phone this afternoon while jogging. It was on the road screen side down and as you can see the screen is totally shattered. I plugged it into a charger and it keeps ringing from time to time but I can't answer it because the screen doesn't even turn on.
