This monthly workshop will help guide you towards your cultural and core beliefs. Each month we will work on a new topic: Jan 20 : Health Healthy boundariesLife choicesAffirmations Feb 16th : Self love Purpose BoundariesProtectionThis workshop focuses on your soul needs, with that said we will be doing breath work, angel guidance, and you will be given a crystal during each workshop. Consider coming alone so you have the ability to speak freely and open up your throat chakra without restraint. Attendees are expected to arrive with a open mind, non judge mental, and non egotistical mindset. Crystal water and a glass of wine will be provided as well!
