Description

Laborer for the maintenance department of a busy rental management operation. Must be dependable and responsible. Responsibilities include removal of garbage and trash, pruning of shrubs, shoveling of snow, minor plumbing, electrical, heating and carpentry work, painting, and other related work as required. Experience in building and grounds maintenance preferred. Must have and retain a current valid CT driver's license. Must be able to operate a variety of trucks, equipment and machinery. We are an EOE with a drug-free workplace. COVID vaccination policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated.
