Recharge and Revitalize Midwinter Yoga and Mindfulness Mini Retreat
As we approach the midpoint of Winter join Mellow Flow Yoga as we begin the journey toward Spring's light and renewal. We will begin our day with Gentle Morning Yoga followed by a peaceful Morning Tea Ceremony. Our journey will continue as we move through Guided Imagery Meditation for deep inner stillness. We will nourish our bodies with a catered, organic lunch based on healthy Ayurvedic foods for the winter season as we practice Mindful Eating. The day will end with a relaxing Aromatherapy Yin Yoga practice. This promises to be a day of renewal, peace and relaxation.
This retreat is for all levels even those new to yoga.
