Learn how to make cafe-quality coffee at home using a pour over brewer from barista trainer Katie Robu. Come learn tips and tricks for brewing great coffee at home. This course is specifically geared towards pour over brewing including Chemex, V60, Kalita, December Dripper, Melitta or any similar device. By the end of the class, you will be able to: 1. List the six essential elements of brewing. 2. Distinguish by taste the impact of proper versus improper brewing. 3. Discuss how the coffee extraction process can be manipulated with a pour over brewer. Ticket price includes a $5 coupon towards any whole bean or brewing supply purchase.
