In this addition of wine class we explore the vast land of Australia! An unlikely place to grow whine that has made it a big impression! Australia is vast landscape but a very unlikely place to grow grapes, but as we will dive deep into the history surrounding it's relatively young wine growing culture we will also show why it is possible to grow amazing wine there. There a diverse amount of micro-climates that allow the country to grow a variety of great wine styles. Together we will go down under to sip the wines of OZ.
